Review 

A review is a higher level of service than a compilation because it results in an expression of limited assurance. The review report states that the accountants are not aware of any material modifications necessary for the statements to conform to GAAP. Inquiry and analytical procedures provide the accountants with a reasonable basis for this conclusion. The accountant is not required to obtain an understanding of internal control or assess control risk.
